Residential Network Consultants (RNC) are available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM to help you with network and cable TV related problems.  Here are some of the ways you can contact us.

 

Resnet Office


You can also visit our office for network and cable TV related problems.  If you have a laptop and are having problem connecting to Resnet, we suggest that you visit our office with your laptop and your ethernet cable to get the problem resolved.

(We are closed on Sunday, school holidays, and finals week.)

(Walk-in assistance is only available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.)

Make sure to include the following information in your e-mail:

  • Name
  • UCINetID
  • Phone Number
  • Name of complex that you live in
  • Building and room number
