Working For Resnet

The Residential Network Consultant is the primary computer and cable TV student support for all housing complexes. Working both alone and in teams, the RNCs provide network-related and Cable Television tech support and troubleshooting for all on-campus residents via telephone, email, and in-house/dorm appointments. RNCs also help to install, maintain, and support network equipment (and where applicable, residential computer labs). They educate residents on all aspects of computing at UCI. Hours are extremely flexible and the atmosphere is always friendly. RNCs work directly for the Manager, Residential Network Services.
