Important Notice to All Housing Residents

Between August 25, 2008 and September 3, 2008, the housing computer network will be implementing updates that will change the IP address of all student computers utilizing the network.

Working in conjunction with Network and Academic Computing Services (NACS), the Student Housing residential network (ResNet) will be reassigned all new network addresses. This change will be virtually invisible to you. The old number will simply expire and a new one will be assigned within the span of one hour or less.

If you notice that you cannot access the Internet during the time your complex is scheduled to receive its updates, simply shut down and restart your computer.

Please remember that all IP addresses are assigned dynamically, and are not to be entered statically. If you have any problem at all, please feel free to contact ResNet at (949) 824-6375.

Monday, August 25, 2008 - Campus Village and Arroyo Vista
Tuesday, August 26, 2008 - Middle Earth
Wednesday, August 27, 2008 - Mesa Court
Tuesday, September 2, 2008 - Palo Verde, Gabrielino, Los Lomas, and Santiago Apartments
Wednesday, September 3, 2008 - Verano Place
