ResNet Policy on Newly Released Update Packages

It is the official stance of Cisco Systems that large update packages (such as Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows Vista Service Pack 1) will not have guaranteed support at the initial time of their release. For this reason, ResNet cannot insure the continued functionality of the Cisco Clean Access Agent (NAC Appliance) for users updating to the newest Windows Service Packs.
